BAPE® US accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original BAPE® dust bags and shipping box, ensuring all original hangtags and authenticity stickers are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
